Thank you for shopping at Dealio! We do our best to make sure your orders arrive fast, safe, and right to your door.
Delivery Area
At this time, we currently deliver within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only.
We’re working on expanding our delivery zones soon — stay tuned!
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or due to weather conditions, but we do everything we can to ensure fast, reliable service.
Shipping Rates

Free Delivery for all orders CAD $35 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

For orders under CAD $35, a flat delivery fee will apply at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your total at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a delivery notification when your order is on the way.
Delivery Instructions
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at front desk” or “buzz 101”), please include them in the Notes section at checkout.
We’ll do our best to follow your request whenever possible.
Failed Deliveries or Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may need to charge a redelivery fee.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us a brief description and a photo to support@dealioshop.ca, and we’ll resolve it right away.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a delivery notification when your order is out for delivery.
If we add tracking features in the future, the tracking link will be included in your email confirmation.
